A CBMC Northland Mid-Year Update

Greetings to 2000 CBMC Northland Network Members… God has called each of us to into an amazing Rom 12:1-2 “transformation journey”. This graphic is what HE has shown us as HIS roadmap to guide CBMC Northland ( Dakotas, Mn, Wis) to a 2 Tim 2:2 work. We cannot do it without your engagement at so many levels…so we THANK GOD FOR YOU!  

Here's a quick mid-year update on what God is doing through you to execute the funnel above.... 

Events:

30 events here, 22 received Christ, 150 recommitted to Christ, hundreds “wanted more info” in 2024. 

Teams:

TAF- Sr leader peer teams , YP- Young Professionals , C3- weekly teams - We had a 12% growth to 550 members.  

Evangelism-Discipleship:

40% of network members discipling one-on-one, per 2 Timothy 2:2…. 

• A new strategic focus on College/University Graduates transitioning to the marketplace- note U of M alliance picture below!
• Asking Gods favor to “transition them” into one one-on-one biblical business mentoring-discipleship relationship, and over time, into a CBMC YP Peer to Peer team.
• Then “Forge Them” for life to Sr Leader TAF team for Godly wisdom for them to … “pass it on” 2 Tim 2:2.  3 teams have now “caught the vision”!
• We are asking ALL Northland 45 Sr leader TAF teams to FORGE a new Young Professional team in 2025-26….so all 320 Sr leaders shepherd- mentor- disciple… 320 Young Professionals, who will then pass on the baton
• With 1000 TAF Sr CEO-Owners nationally, Northland  is blessed to pilot, and with Gods favor, spark this strategy nationally as a joy-filled "faith builder".
