CBMC Leadership Coach Training

CBMC knows that a strong biblical view of leadership can be a real game changer for any organization. CBMC has developed an 8-week comprehensive training that will impact every relationship you have by teaching you the art and skill of coaching in order to develop better leaders.

Learn how to be a leader with empathy and understanding!
Help those in your sphere of influence reach their full potential!
Help others to become the leaders God designed them to be!

CBMC’s Leadership Coach Training utilizes a proven process to help men engage and empower those around them. Men learn how to become an Active Listener,  how to ask effective powerful questions, and how to understand SMART Goals that result in the personal development of themselves and those around them.

This training is a comprehensive, engaging leadership development program that highlights the skills and practices of business and personal coaching from a Christian perspective. These skills have been used by participants in their workplace, family, and other relationships.

What men are saying:

Steve Goss, Fredericksburg, Virginia: "CBMC Leadership Coaching has revolutionized my way of thinking in the areas of employee interaction, personal relationships, and CBMC team meeting facilitation. Leadership Coaching taught me to listen more intently to what employees are sharing, and to ask questions that draw out issues and thoughts that are important to them. My daughters and wife have opened up more in our talks, which I believe is directly related to my willingness to listen more intently and ask questions that allow them to share how they feel."

"A similar dynamic is happening within my CBMC TAF team meetings. Constructing questions that facilitate discussion is helping men share their thoughts rather than just hearing my opinions. Leadership Coaching has really helped me see that others have great things to share, issues with which they struggle, needs for setting goals, and a desire to feel important."
