Meet our Northland Staff

Don Hoffert serves in both National and Northland CBMC roles as “Sr Territory Director” with oversight of N-Sdak, Mn and WI to develop 5 Star CBMC cities via Events, PAG teams ( TAF CEO-Owners and YP- Young Professionals ) and weekly C3 teams. Nationally, Don develops and executes leadership training for facilitators across the nation for the CEO-Owner Peer teams. The goal is to develop Gods ambassadors in the marketplace as HIS spiritual reproducers. Don retired from a corporate career in 2007, last as VP of Business Excellence for a fortune 500 company where in Helsinki Finland, he was introduced to CBMC while on international assignment. He is passionate about connecting business leaders and professionals to experience Upreach (intimacy with Christ), Inreach (among Christian business leaders to build a business of excellence) and Outreach (to be the aroma of Christ) to transform families, businesses and communities for the glory of God and men’s joy in Christ. Don and his wife Cynthia live in Plymouth, MN and enjoy spending time with their 6 grandchildren. Don has joy fully served over 30 years in elder roles in evangelical bible churches during his lifetime.

 


 

Bill Corcoran serves the Greater MN and Western WI Northland Area as Director by helping to grow and develop monthly Peer Advisory Groups for Sr business leaders in Trusted Advisor Forums, Young Professionals Groups for those in their 20s - 30’s, and weekly Connect 3 Teams for anyone in the marketplace. Bill’s time as a Head Coach, Event Manager, Financial Advisor, and entrepreneur led him to get involved with CBMC in 2010 as a TAF member and volunteer Facilitator. He is passionate about connecting business leaders and getting them engaged in the effort tor grow in their faith and live that faith out boldly in their businesses, homes, and communities. Bill and his wife Heather live in Waite Park, MN and enjoy keeping up with their 6 young adult children.

 


 

Marc Menge is the Area Director serving North and South Dakota. Marc focuses on supporting, growing and developing Peer Advisory Groups for Sr business leaders in Trusted Advisor Forums, Young Professionals Groups for those in their 20s - 30’s, Operation Timothy discipleship and weekly Connect 3 Teams for anyone in the marketplace. Marc has had a career as a connector in the printing and banking industry. He enjoys leading small groups with his wife Lisa as well being involved in mentorship, mission and being involved in volunteering. Marc has been with CBMC since 2020 and has been facilitating a TAF group since 2021. His role at CBMC allows Marc to fulfill his passion for connecting business men with a focus on a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Marc and Lisa love anything outdoors from hiking in the mountains to kayaking on the lake. Marc also enjoys a round of golf whenever he can.

Marc and his wife live in Mandan, ND and have 6 children.
